Reason: Sore Eye Licking FeetAppointment Notes: EHHistory: Kusum has been away for a couple of weeks. When she came home she noticed that Daisy's eyes have flared up again and she was licking at the LF foot all last night. O put a spray of cortavance on LF foot last night but didn't help much. Not on any other meds atm apart from cortavance in the ears. Has been otherwise well. Has been about 3 months since last cytopoint injection. Examination: BAR Eyes have serous dc and matting of the fur under the eyes again with moist dermatitis developing again - quite bad again though not the worst she has had it All four feet have interdigital erythema Assessment: Allergy flare-up again Treatment:Cytopoint 20mg SC - recommended that we try to do this q2mths now to prevent it wearing off and Daisy flaring up again Trimmed fur under the eyes as best as possible - very sore again Soak with plain warm water Pred tabs again to get the eyes and feet settled - then hopefully cytopoint will maintain Pred 5mg (20) - 1.5x sid po for 7 days then 1x sid po If not settling quickly with the eyes then could use amacin again as well - see how she goes with cytopoint and pred first--- 11/03/2026 11:07:45 AM BB8:Examinations - Resolved - txt sent    Vital Signs    Weight: 93;
