10/03/2026 hx requested from o'connor vets 10/03/2026 New client in today for cytopoint. Previously lived SOR, now living close by. Previously managed with cytopoint PRN for ongoing allergies. Diet: wet and dry. No current medications. Intermittent issues with spine/back pain, has been good since x-rays done at O'Connor Vet late last year. EDUF normal. Friendly. No concerns from O. PE: Mentation: BAR, very sweet BCS: 5/9 EENT: erythema to inner pinna. Teeth: clean MM: pink, moist, CRT 1.5sec LNs: all WNL HR: 88 RR: 12 Abdomen: comfortable on palpation MSK: normal ambulation, nail on RHL broken and at odd angle (quick not exposed). Skin: generalised erythema, no evidence of infection. Assessment: Allergic skin disease. Plan: Given cytopoint 40mg SC (informed O that this is low dose but wanted this as what has had in past and works well). Trimmed nail in consult. Re-check as needed.
