O called to ask about housecalls - quoted $248 for house call vaccinations and Check up (as o said lives very close to GI clinic, may be less this, depends on distance)O is curious to see if it would be better for him to have hc as he gets anxious in clinic due to past trauma with a vet at a different clinic. I told her that housecalls can work really well for some dogs, but for others can be a step backward due to protective instincts and guarding, so we cant know if it works for him until we try.O said that he is hard to get ear meds etc into him at home, and aware that it may be hard for us if we cannot examine or adminster meds.I told them about the process, that any vet can do them, it just needs to be booked in advance to ensure we can have enough time blocked out.O is happy to try and may book his next vacc as a hc. :)ALSO - doing good after swallowing skewer, passed it today in full and absolutley fine!
