Reason: Recheck Ears And Cytopoint History:- EDDU normal- clinical signs presented around 4 weeks ago - has still been shaking head, O suspects Laike has been itching both ears - does not commonly get ear infections, has been swimming a bit more recently this summer- has seen an improvement on the cytopoint - chewing feet less Examine:- Oral cavity - NSF. MM Pink, CRT < 2 secs - Dental Score - Grade 1, slight tartar build up on molars - Ears: did not appear erythematous or inflamed, ear canal visualised, no obvious discharge - Eyes: R eye - 0.5mm lump, on margin of R eyelid - Skin: NSF- LNs - Peripheral LNs WNLs. - Thoracic auscultation - No audible murmur or arrhythmia, normal bronchovesicular sounds. HR - 100- Abdominal palpation - Soft, comfortable, no palpable anomalies. - MSK - No lameness observed, complete MSK exam not performed. - Neuro - Appropriate mentation, no ataxia. Complete neuro exam not performed. - Genitourinary - NSF.Ear cytology:- 1 yeast per high power field seen in L ear - no bacteria or yeast seen on R ear Assessment:1. resolving yeast infection in L ear 2. small right eyelid lump Ddx: sebaceous cyst vs neoplasia Treatment:Single treatment of ketoconazole - 0.5ml into left ear Cytopoint 20mg (10.1- 20 kg) given SC Anal glands expressed - fairly empty, easily expressed Plan:Advised to revisit for another ear cytology if clinical signs; head shaking, itching persist after 1-2 weeksRecommended taking small eye lid lump off - O mentioned likely when Laike undergoes a GA for a dental Recommended doing an Otoflush clean every 1-2 weeks for maintenance after this resolves    Vital Signs    Weight: 12.2;       HeartRate: 100;
