Vomited this morning, bile. Vomited on Sunday. 
Feeds him once a day at night.

ASSESMENT: licking of his left paw- ddx: allergies, FB vs insect bite hypersensitivity vs other
PLAN: Advised that its difficult to examine today so can start a topical cream or consider full sedation IM. O would rather vaoid that level of sedation and see how he goes with natural treatment at home such as chamomile on the paw. Advised may not be ffective but can try and if not improving to come in for a recheck

SUBJECTIVE: O called, Peanut eaten 1 x 1000IU Vitamin D tablet. Adv O to check with poisons hotline and get back in touch with us plan accordingly. 
O called back couldn't get through to hotline without putting in card details. Checked with AVC if safe, AVC said safe, monitor.
