Pyrexia noted.BCS: Not assessedDiagnostics:BloodworkBloods were taken for routine IDEXX total annual health profile.Assessment:Suspected cutaneous vasculitisDiscussed pathophysiology including immune-mediated, allergic, or drug reaction triggers.Recommended skin biopsies under sedation for definitive diagnosis.Cease all current medications, including prednisolone, pending results.Plan:Vet to phone with blood results tomorrow or the day after.Provide estimate for skin biopsies.O to monitor closely and continue use of the cone to prevent self-trauma..
