10/03/2026 PATH RESULT Most likely reactive nodes although neoplasia can't be completely excluded Left msg on Sue's mobile Emailed the result through Has appt booked tomorrow. ---------------------- Hi Sue, Please find attached Grace' pathology report While the pathologist has not completely excluded underlying lymphoma, the results seem most consistent with inflammatory reactive lymph nodes. Surgical biopsies have been recommended for definitive assessment if the nodes are remaining enlarged and there are ongoing concerns. At this stage we are hoping that the underlying atopic skin disease and previous skin infection is responsible for the node enlargement. We can discuss this more fully when you come in for the post op check and we will reassess the size of the nodes. Please let us know if you have any questions, Kind regards, Naomi and the TAH team
