Reason: Ear InfectionHistory: last week Henry yelped twice whilst O was patting his head, thinks maybe around left ear. Happened once more over weekend when O mother was patting him. Has not been shaking head or scratching ears. Otherwise behaviour normal. EDDU normal. Examine: GPE good. Mm pink crt<2. Mild tartar on teeth. Chest clear. Abdo NAD.Ears- both ears no inflammation, clean. Viewed with otoscope in preop. TMS intact and canals clean. Small amount of hair in canal.No pain with ear massage in clinic today. No neck or back pain. Plan: monitor only. Vital Signs Weight: 10.7;
