Hx: Have been Tx ear infection On apoquel Ears looking more comfortable CE: BAR TPR: WNL Ears: Cytology: L- NAD, R- yeast + V sparse 1-2 seen in total Some debris and clumping in ears but mostly medication, cleaned and flushed out w. otoflush in consult today Assessment: Rectification of otitis externa Plan: Continue ear flush twice weekly for 2 weeks then ongoing maintenance weekly ear flushes
