Clinical Problems & Medications for Bear McGree1. Left Cranial Cruciate Ligament Rupture & Medial Meniscal Tear (June 2024)- Problem: Complete rupture of the left cranial cruciate ligament with significant tearing of the caudal pole of the medial meniscus. Managed with Tibial Plateau Levelling Osteotomy (TPLO) and caudal pole hemimeniscectomy of the medial meniscus on 25/06/2024.- Medications (Peri-operative & Post-operative):- Meloxicam (oral suspension and injection)- Methadone- Propofol- Isoflurane- Bupivacaine (local block)- Cephazolin- Fentanyl (CRI and transdermal patch)- Hartmann's solution (IV fluids)2.
