CLIN_EXAM: BAR. Good BCS maybe down to 7kg ideal. 
Normothermic

Teeth - Good dentition 
Peripheral LNs WNL
Abdomen : Soft, comfortable on abdominal palpation 
Skin : Mild interdigital dermatitis on LH paw, minimal infection or discharge present. Skin in this area appears scaley and dry. 
All other paws, mild inflammation. Ventral abdomen: Mild papular lesions extending to axilla area
WEIGHT: 7.4
HISTORY: Used to go to Highton, comes here now. Been licking LH paw on and off since last visit. Due for Cytopoint but skin is doing okay, doesn't feel paw is infected . Is on weight management food as advised to lose a further 2kg from HVC. Wondering what to feed er as feels skin may have worsened after this
TREATMENT: 0.5mg/kg Prednisolone at tapering dose
If still itchy then contact clinic
If lickign paws etc then consider Cytopoint injection 
Reco QV bath oil to wash paws every 7-10days and Pyohex not malaseb

HISTORY: Due for cytopoint but started licking and biting at feet 2d ago.
CLIN_EXAM: L hind leg - plantar surface interdigital dermatitis.- moist, full thickness involvement.
Mild hyperaemia perianal area and ventral abdomen
TREATMENT: Cytopoint 10mg B671412
Dexapent 0.15mg
Cephalexin 600mg 0.25 bid 10d
area clipped.
DIAG: Acute moist dermatitis L interdigital area.
