Mobile premolar tooth. Gingival inflammation present.Integumentary: One raised, dark cutaneous mass on dorsum (suspected melanotic lump) and one clear/white mass (suspected adenoma) on R shoulder region. Skin otherwise appears normal. No malodour from coat.Glands: Enlarged right submandibular lymph gland.Ophthalmic: Bilateral lenticular sclerosis.Problem List:* Periodontitis with mobile tooth* Pruritus/dermatitis* Enlarged right anal gland* General malodour (secondary to oral and anal gland issues)* Cutaneous massesAssessment:An 11-year-old male Cavoodle presenting with malodour and pruritus. The odour is multifactorial, attributed to significant periodontitis and an enlarged right anal gland. Skin signs include chronic focal licking and new, more generalised biting. Age-related changes including lenticular sclerosis and hearing loss are also noted. The dog is otherwise in good general health.Plan:Treatment Plan:* Schedule general anaesthetic for dental scale, polish, full-mouth radiographs, and extractions as required.
