09/12/2025 Here for AG expression as well as medication review for Apoquel. Doing well on Apoquel, currently on a mix of different foods, on hypoallergenic but also kangaroo and beef which seems to be working well for him. Has to give 1/2 tab Apoquel 16mg every day. Scoots occasionally, adding 1 tsp/ day of fibre. UTD with nexgard spectra but needs tapewormer today. 
PE: Thoracic auscultation: NSF; GIT comfortable; MM pink; CRT < 2 seconds; Eyes and ears normal; BCS: 5/9; AGs - mild to moderately full, easily expressed. 
Assessment: 
To continue current Apoquel dosage. To up fibre to 2tsps/ day.  | 30/01/2026 History: Pedro is sensitive to raw beef. He is on hypoallergenic dry and LYKA, but O gave some cooked beef last week and he vomited a few times 
PE: T 38.8, mm pink, moist, Heart sounds normal, quieter in demeanor. Abdo palpation, soft, mild thickening of intestines, no FB
PLAN: only keeping on hypoallergenic food

Prokolin to go home and losec tabs | 10/03/2026 Has noted discharge from right eye last two days. Has been rubbing face on carpet. No dc noted left eye. Licking paws a little more than usual. Getting half an Apoquel tablet daily and this definitely helps to reduce itchiness and irritation. Getting restricted diet due to allergies. Not getting regular chews as will vomit with certain chews including Greenies. Has been leaving ag residue on bedding so owner would like ags expressed.
PE: Right eye mucopurulent dc with mod conjunctivitis and mild episcleritis. Left eye normal. Fluorescein negative both eyes. Mod dental dx. No extractions evident. Ears, LN, hrt/lng snds, abdo palp, skin, coat normal. HR132, reg. BCS 5/9.
Tx: Cleaned eye and applied first dose of topical tx.
Expressed mod ags.
O requested more Apoquel. Recommend a whole bottle as more cost effective. O agreed.
To increase chewing and brushing if possible. To trial deer antlers or goat horn for teeth. O asked about having a dental, given amount of scale I think this would be a good option.
