- MSK: No limping, not favouring the paw
- Skin: Nail looking healthy

**ASSESSMENT:**
- Nail appears healthy
- On right track with current treatment

TREATMENT:
- Sock applied to paw for 5 days
- Barrier wrap applied to secure sock

PLAN:
- Continue current antibiotics
- Monitor - return if not improving or worsening
