urgical removal of two lumps: one on the right neck, one on the right abdomen.Objective:- X-rays revealed an enlarged heart, likely to the left side.- On auscultation, a heart murmur was detected.Assessment & Plan:1. Lumps- Neck lump: small, well-circumscribed. Recommended for histopathological examination.- Abdominal lump: likely a lipoma.- Procedures performed: surgical removal of two lumps.2. Enlarged heart/Dilated Cardiomyopathy- Assessment: suspected dilated cardiomyopathy.- Treatment plan: commenced on Cardiosure
