06/03/2026 R/V ears o thought was going well then started up again a couple for weeks ago o cannot medicate ears otherwise seems ok sleeping well limited scratching / head shaking CE: muzzled for exam erythema of bilateral pinnae and yellow foul smelly waxy Dx bilateral OE , stenotic ear canals - could not examine with otoscope - reactive cytology: Left and right ear significant growth of cocci and rods! > 50 / hpf remainder of exam limited A/ un resolved OE - bacterial Plan : rec GA / Ear flush + C &S --> sent estimate via email tgh with course of prednisolone to open up canals prior to flush - ideally GA / flush down towards end of steroid course cleaned in consult with otolfush
