Reason: Nails clipAppointment Notes: tfAttempted nail clip today - Not possible to clip because he is very crazy when people are touching his feet DAOwner already has Trazodone and Gabapentin (owner will call us this afternoon to let us know the doses). Would like to know how much and how often to give for a future nail clip. Weight today was 17.5kg and was last seen by us August 2025.--- 29/01/2026 16:38:05 TLF:Trazadone at home 100mg Gabapentin at home 300mg--- 29/01/2026 16:59:14 MDV:For nail clips in future you could look to give 1&1/4 tablets of trazodone 100mg and 300mg of gabapentin (this could be increased but tricky with the 300mg capsules).
