Quick brief history from Belmont Ave Hx1. Mild lethargy and hyporexia.A: Bailey clinically stable on exam with adequate hydration and perfusion parameters. Signs are nonspecificat this stage. Offered stool sample today to O's to rule out giardia but may have to wait untilclinical sign develop for accurate sampling. Can also elect for bloods +/- abdo U/S if O;s quite concerned.Likely mild hyporexia is due to underlying nausea. O's are worried about aspiration pneumonia despite noV+ yet. O happy with plan.Treatment:Maropitant 80mg PO SID.Plan:O's will rest at home and feed bland food. Monitor closely. If any GI signs present or lethargy continues,RV. may need metronidazole or further work-up. Vital Signs
