Sedivue urinalysis performed showed haematuria (novel), pyuria, bacteriuria (chronic issues). Ultrasound of bladder showed sediment and generalised thickening of bladder wall. Recommend treating with BSAB for now while awaiting TAHMU response. More insulin dispensed at current dose 9 IU SC BID
