Hx:- EDDUn. No V+, no D+. No pu/pd. Fussy eater. - Diet: RC Hypo-allergenic,  tuna, chicken, meatballs.- UTD parasite prevention: - bilat testicular excoriation /hotspot noticed 3 days ago when bathed at AAA PET RESORT. Not bothered by it, but unsure if Smokey can actually bend that far to lick.Exam: BAR. Minimal exam as boisterous and wanting to lunge and play (doesnt know how big he is).Eyes:  clear OU, no bleapharospasm, no discharge, bilat PLRs (direct and consensual).Ears: clear OU, no discharge or swelling.Nose: clear, no discharge.Oral: not fully assessed.Cardiovascular: no murmur, no arrythmia, strong/synchronous pulses.Respiratory: no dyspnoea, clear lung sounds all fields.Abdomen: not fully assessed. Rectal: impossible as bearly tolerated temp.Integument: WNL.PLN: WNL.Neuro: CNs intact, CP present and WNL x 4, mentation appropriate.Musculoskeletal: ambulatory x 4, no pain on palpation of back/neck, no pain on ROM of joints or neck.Urogenital: - bilat testicular erythema, alopcia and scabbing on dependent surfaces only; testicles palpate WNL and non-painful. Full C5 required, as last given by GX Helensvale Square on 15/01/2025 - aware will be early (see attached).Exam: BAR. CARE - BOISTEROUS AND HYPERACTIVE!  Doesn't appear aggressive but very excitable and jumpy and he doesn't realise his large size :)Minimal exam as trying to knock me over - poss side-eye.
