History:
Sore ears, noticed last night .Very itchy. O has given some of the previous ear drops given 

EDUD normal, no V/D/C/S. 
Diet:
Parasite Control: UTD nexgard
Vaccination status: UTD
Current Medications: none

Observation:

Demeanour: BAR, friendly
BCS: 6/9
Integument: nad 
Eyes: nad
Ears: L > R but both are red down the ear canal. mild discharge. TM intact both ears
Nose:  nad
Mouth: nad
CRT: <2s          
MM: pink
Cardiopulmonary ausc nad
Peripheral LN's: nad
Abdomen: nad
Musculoskeletal: nad 

Assessment:
cytology showed mix between cocci and malasezzia. 
Treat with dermoitc ear drops.

HISTORY: Reason: 
bleeding from prepuce after playing with other dogs 
Been at a properly O noticed blood

took for a walk to check urination did not go

meloxicam and amoxyclav and head collar 
O to monitor urinating and bleeding and r/c ini or worried

HISTORY: History; Buoy was groomed yesterday and the groomer found a red inflammed area under anus, she clipped and took a photo to send tot h e owner. Today the owner compared the photo to the lesion and it looks heaps better and less inflammed today.

Exam: Can feel a short tunnel under the skin as if made from a grass seed. Checked anal glands and no inflammation.

Plan: meloxicam to treat inflammation and recheck in 2 days. If still present then book in for sedation and explore for grass seed.
