O just came back from holiday, son was looking after dog
Still shakes head occasionally
R side head tilt, no worse but stable
R pupil miotic

EDDU fine

PxPE:
BAR, head tilt to RHS +, R ear canal - no redness,  unable to examine well as uncooperative, no smell, R pupil smaller than L.  Slightly smaller R eye, no ptosis 

Note no malasezzia  on smear, mainly rods

Tx-
Stop ear drops (Otomax)
Start on Enrofloxacin 150mg  3/4 tab SID x 6 tabs 
Continue with Pred 5mg 1 sid ef

How is your pet after surgery?: Ear Flush

EDDU?: All OK

Son looking after Cash and on Night shift but seems back to normal self O away overseas
O been receiveing video's and seems alot more comfortable and settled and now starting to play again with  the other dog.

Has had antibiotics & Ear Drops

Any concerns?: No

Post-op appointment made?:  Yes O will be back  in the country and has made an appt for Tuesday arvo.

L pupil bigger than normal R pupil
Discussed anisocoria which can sometimes happpen for 48-72 hrs post ear flushing.  If perists or any other symptoms noticed call us or RV.
Canal has cawliflower growth making it narrower.

Start Otomax drops from tomorrow am.

Predx 5mg 1/2/3, 1/1/4, 0.5 eod 1w, 1/2 weekly with food until finsihed.

RV 7d and assess if Otomax has to go on for longer.
