Appointment Notes: Paws App Details:History:In Aug last year was running through the forest and had a stick enter mouth behind teeth and almost exited through neck. Had splinters and abscess. About 6 weeks had a stick in the eye. Everything has healed. EDDU all normal. O feels gait is stiffer in the HLs and more hunched. Nil lameness and no inciting injuries. Very active and bounces across furniture. Examination:BAR. Heart and lung sounds NAD. Nil lameness. Full ROM both FLs but mild non-repeatable discomfort on flexion of carpi. Both HLs have full ROM. Patellas ok and cruciates stable. Repeatable discomfort on extension LSI joint. RH ok. ABM;Extension restriction L T 11 rib. Extensions restriction L 2-3. Extension restriction L 4-.5. Flexion restriction sacrum. Yin tang, BL 17, Bl 27Plan:Pelvis exercises and massageFLs on step and stretching forward to extend spine.
