Hx: - antilick worked for a little bit but then figured out a way to lick - EDUD normally - gaba this afternoon prior to visit - hasn't gotten worse but hasn't gotten better - edud normally PE BAR HR 126, NSR PSS RR pant, normal effort Long nails LFL digit 5 nail very mobile, errythema on ventrum of nail Xray - no fracture, mild inflammation on digit 5 Dx: nail bed/nail trauma causing secondary inflammation Plan - trimmed nails - restart meloxicam SID for 7 days (o has at home from other vet clinic) - e-collar on so he cannot lick - INI nail strip
