Reason: V+ D+History: 5 days ago got desexed, vaccinated, and microchipped. 2 days ago started V+. D+  as of today in litter box (unsure which cat). In the litter box - some faeces are normal and some are D+. Energy level normal. Ate some of O's cake yesterday. Not as interested in food. Appetite has reduced since desexing. Drinking less.Urination normal. Examination: BAREye/ears/nose: Clear, no dischargeMM: Pink and moist, CRT <2s. Hydration parameters: skin tent normal. Dental Dz: Grade 0/4CVS: HR 200. No murmurs or arrhythmias. Fem pulse: normokinetic and synchronousResp ausc: Clear sounds across all fields   RE: normal resp effortGI: soft comfortable abdo palp Integument: NAD Urogenital: NADTemp: 37.9Gait: Ambulatory, no discernible lamenessLNs: Sub-mand and Pops non-palpableAssessment: Problem list: - V+/D+ - Ddx: Primary GI vs Secondary GI vs FB Treatment: Maropitant 0.39ml given SC on back of neck. Plan: - Bland diet (chicken and rice) until normal stool seen and no more vomiting, and then can transition back to normal food slowly over 3 days. - If Million vomits through the maropitant in the next 24hrs book back in straight away.
