Reason: Still Has Bad Limp**Main Reason**Presents for left forelimb lameness. The owner reports that the lameness is more pronounced after rising from rest. The issue has been present for a couple of weeks. There is no known history of trauma. Previous medication provided some minor improvement. The owner is concerned about a possible fracture or an injury caused by another pet chewing on the paw.**Examination:****Musculoskeletal:**Apparent left forelimb lameness.Reluctant to bear weight on the left forelimb.Holds the left forelimb in a slightly flexed, abnormal posture when standing.No obvious external signs of injury on palpation. Suspected issue may be in the shoulder region.**Assessment:****[List of problems]**Left forelimb lameness.**[Differential Diagnosis]**Soft tissue injury (tendon/ligament).Small, non-displaced fracture.**[Diagnostic plan]**Radiographs of the affected limb.**Treatment:**Sedation for radiography if required.**DISCUSSION AND PLAN**Discussed the plan to perform radiographs of the left forelimb to investigate the cause of the lameness. Explained that if the initial radiographs are inconclusive, they can be sent for a specialist review. The possibility of needing sedation was discussed, including the use of a reversible agent. The owner was provided with an estimate for the consultation, radiographs, and potential sedation. The owner has consented to proceed with the diagnostic plan. Charlie will be admitted for the procedure.Radiography: Some osteophytes  on the elbow ( left) Elbow dysplasia is supected. Sent X ray for interpretation  to radiologist specialist.
