REASON - Check EarsHISTORY - This morning Milo has been scratching at his L ear. Never had any ear issues before. has been fine otherwise. EXAMINATIONBAR, heart and lungs sound normal, good dental health, abdo palpation soft and relaxed, both ears are full of hair, left side has mild inflammation, hard to see much discharge - no sign of FB. Cytology left side = malassezia up to 30/hpf, right side = malassezia up to 10/hpf. ASSESSMENTBilateral otitis externa - L worse than RTREATMENTDermotic BID for 14 daysPLANRecheck 14 days. Discussed sometimes we need to do ear flush and remove all hair under GA, but see how it goes. Cannot rule out FB. Discussed otoflush ear cleaner for maintenance.     Vital Signs    Weight: 5.4;
