Diarrhoea 3 days, wet & dry, no diet change.No vomits.Dry reaching about 1 week ago multiple times.On Zylkene & feliway friends.- anxious.Another cat in the house (Tim Tam) get along moderately well. Tim Tam introduced about 9 months ago..Faecal  tenesnus +++. Still eating well. Increased frequency. Crying when passing faeces. Indoor outdoor. No recent weight loss according to owner. 5 months ago given a worm tablet.Other cat not unwell.Normal temp, anus not inflamed, abdomen flaccid, urinary bladder 15th full.Probably primary GI disease, infection, diet indiscretion, food allergy/ hypersensitivity.Metrogyl 200mg 1/4 bid x 3tRx 3 days.
