Told owner since he is on pimobendan we can go ahead with anaesthetic. Heart patients will have an increased risk under GA. The ultrasound report mentioned there is a general anaesthetic risk to this patient under the assumption that pimobendan was not started. This patient has been on pimobendan for 8 months. Therefore we can go ahead with the anaesthetic.

adv owner teeth are not so abd as to need a n urgent ga for dnetal with extractions
adv safer to brush teeth and we will start pulse therapy with clindamycin
abdominal- bladder stone seen (owners already aware of this)
