10/03/2026 In for mass removal R lateral thorax -suspected sarcoma Pre-op check - BAR, MM pink CRT 1 Heart normal auscultation - HR bpm , no murmur PABs: Premed: low dose meth/ ACP IM IV RF induction alfaxan ET 10.5 mm, iso/O2 Good stable GA and recovery IVFT LRS surgical rates SURGERY Mass location: golf ball sized mass R lateral thorax Also 2 SC soft tissue masses noted cranioventrally and caudally - both FNAd and consistent with lipomas Excised in elliptical fashion with wide margins – minor bleeding controlled pressure and 3-0 PDS ligatures Closed SC PDS 3-0 Skin sutures nylon 3-0 Light dressing applied Remove in 48h Buster collar on Histopathology? YES S/O in 10 days Meloxicam in recovery Home on meloxicam 5d (at home) POC 3d
