Reason: Skin. LSHistory: improved again on steroids: skin cleaned up really nicely in the few days cat has been back on 5mg daily. GI upset seems to have settled promptly tooExamine: QAR: looks well, skin good; no crusts or scabs, O noted was bad around the temples and ears, nothing to see there now. Rest of cat good too, BCS 3/5; HR160, chest clear, abdo NAD, limbs goodAssessment: steroids responsive skinPlan: long discussion with both Os: diagnosis vs tx at this stage. Given cat is comfortable, adv maintain tx for now but reducing dose; if stable, may be able to wean off tx. If not, then allow skin to flare up and get biopsies before starting steroids again.. O happy with this. Adv resee if still needs pred as these tabs finish, or if re-flares Vital Signs
