Comments:Script produced for Carbimazole - same dose as previous (5mg BID). TT4 12 today

Asked recep to let owners know that script ready for collection and they will be contacted with the remainder of the blood results this afternoon

Bloods taken today (twice) due to machine error.

Diagnostics:

CBC:
Borderline anaemia

BiochemL
Kidneys values stable
T4 12

Assessment:
Not hyperT - concern for V+ and weight loss.

Comms:
Discussed possibility of underlying cause of V+, ie IBD/lymphoma
Currently feeding mix of fancy feast.
Suggest diet change, weigh weekly at home --> if no improvement needs FCDF, B12 +/- AUS.
Would also suggest repeating thyroid panel in 3 months.
Strongly urged to RC if no improvement.

Plan:
RC if no improvement, consider above tests
