Examine:Mentation: BAR Demeanour: Nervous - examined with muzzle and nurse hold HR: 132, no murmurs or arrhythmias RR: Panting, lung fields clear BCS: 5/9Eyes: NAD Ears: NAD Dental score: Grade0/4 MM/CRT : Pink, moist, CRT <2sLN: NAD Skin/Coat: Very small raised, fluid filled mass, 1mm on right shoulder region - too small to FNA  Fleas seen: Y/NAbdomen: Comfortable                        Limbs/Gait: Ambulating well, weight-bearing on all four limbs. LHL grade 2 MPL. Occasional bunny hopping reported, no lameness reported. Assessment:Very mass on right shoulder - no pruritus/ discomfort/ scabbing. Not concerned at this point. Too small to FNA. Recommend monitor at home. Most likely benign. LHL grade 2 MPL - discussed monitoring as not currently showing clinical signs, can do radiographs, explained MPL surgery. Treatment: None required Plan: Monitor for growth in size of mass in right shoulder Monitor for MPL signs in LHL. Can start joint supplements.
