Cannot palpate any painExamination:MM-pink/ Crt < 2 secDENTITION: grade 1HR = ...100. bpm , Normal rate and rhythmEARS: nadEYES: nadSKIN: nadLN: wnlBCS: :5/9 JOINTS - difficult to examine leg as very boisterous but no obvious pain in elbow or shoulder. Reacts when I go to touch carpus and toes. No obvious swelling, no ln enlargement, nails need clipping but don't think these are a source of painABDOMINAL PALPATION - nadAssessment: Open at this stage. Ddx includes soft tissue or bony. Difficult to examine without sedationPlan: Trial meloxicam and rest for a week. If improves , great, but if recurrence then recc sedation and xrays    Vital Signs    Weight: 25.4;
