Subjective:Boris has a scratch on his nose from a dog fight about 7 days ago He has been licking his back foot quite a lot as well recently - sore nail LH digit 5 Owner would also like some calming tablet - he barks a lot but has a very sensitive stomach He is otherwise going well, EDDU normally, no V+ or D+ No other concerns Objective:Oral: Grade 1-2 dental disease - moderate tartar Chest: Clear lungs, no murmurs Abdo: Comfortable on palpation Skin: inflamed nail bed LH digit 5 - small ulceration from licking, small superficial cut on nose - appears to be healing well Eyes/ears: NAD MSK: NADAssessment:1. Dermatitis nail bed digit 5 LHL 2. Scratch on nose Clipped and cleaned nail in consult with chlorhex Plan: Owner to clean nail bed daily with chlorhex Dry well and apply neocort BID 7 days Cone on Recheck if any ongoing concerns Owner to clean small scratch on nose with saline Owner can trial adaptil if not able to give anything orally for anxiety/barking
