Reason: Diarrhoea recheck - hosp with fluids History: - O reports overnight seems more lethargic, not drinking much water, ate the i/d food well however - Stools getting more formed but has fresh blood - No v+ - Gave pro-kolin last night and this morning Diet: Lyka, cod skin, ziwi peak for treats. On walks will eat whatever he will find.  Examine: Nervous and shaking, QAR Exam as previous, tacky gums, temp 38.4oC, no abdominal pain LAB: Sent stool sample collected by O to idexx for faecal PCR Treatment:Recommended hosp with fluids, send faeces for faecal pcr - O consentedPlaced R cephalic catheter @ 9am, started Hartmanns IV fluids 50mL/hr until 3pm then 30mL/hr until dischargeChewed on catheter causing bleeding, needed replacement of catheterIn AM diarrhoea, paddy-like, no blood In PM no diarrhoea seenEating chicken well in hospital Plan:Discharge @ 5:30pm, continue i/d food + pro-kolin tonight Monitor appetite, any v+, stool consistency, energy levelsWait for results from idexx for any infectious causes for diarrhoea    Vital Signs
