BAR  on exam MM pink, moistHEart and lungs NAD OS: significant blepharospasm notedLocal anaesthesic provided with AlcaineEye prepped with 1:50 pvidone-iodine washes Burr keratotomy performed with Algar Brush- removed almost complete ventral quadrant of superficial epithelium. Bandage contact lens placed  Treatment: 20.00 x Doxycycline 100mg tabDose 1 & 1/4 (ONE AND A QUARTER) tablets, ONCE daily with food 1.00 x Metacam Dog Oral 1.5mg/ml 32ml (Meloxicam)Fill the syringe to the 12kg mark. Give orally ONCE DAILY- with or after food.Give with food. Discontinue if any vomiting, diarrhoea or loss of appetite occurs.Keep out of direct sunlight.1.00 x Chlorsig Eye Drops 0.5% 10ml (Chloramphenicol)Place 1 drops into the affected eye(s) 4x daily for 7 days.
