Reason: PoM TransferHistory: Note on hx this cat has had a cholecystectomy: likely source of chronic hepatic changes?POM, due to return to GP this morning. Has had prev bouts of v+ but none on this occasion. Continued inappetancte. Examination: Sweet but a bit grumbly. Pink mm, CRT 2sec, no evidence of icterus. Doughy feel to abdomen with resentment mild of abdo palpation. BCS 4/9- no weight loss noted on file.  Assessment: Euhydrated and improved, continued inappetance, normal T. Plan: return to GP for ongoing care. Os keen for U/S. Have advised patient hasn't eaten, O may bring in some food from home for a food trial at GP.    Vital Signs

Tried coaxing with chicken mid morning , no successTemp 38.4 this morningArrange Cath ultrasound at lunchtime...Sedated with val/ket 0.1ml of each iv for this....Deep sedation.History-Update:Ultrasound : Changes consistent with pancreatitis on ultrasound, report to follow, required a top up of 0.07ml each val/ket to complete ultrasound but also allowed new iv to be placed in left fore.
