O reports that chico has had a lump on his chest for the last week or so, think it looks a bit inflammed. Otherwise EDUD normally, no CSVD, on long term cytopoint, is due in a couple of weeks Up to date with flea and worming Clinical- QAR, BCS 5/9- Eyes, ears, nose NAD- Mouth: CRT <2, MMPM, mild plaque build up on canines dental grade 1/4, advised dental in next 12 months would be beneficial- Thoracic aus NAD, normal rate and rhythm, lungs clear- Abdominal palpation NAD- Integument: LEft cranial nipple slightly inflammed, general erythema present over ventrum. Both cr nipples are inverted- Rectal NOt performedAssessment: superficial pyoderma surroudning nippleRx:- Plan: neocort BID 5 days, clipped and cleaned for client, no need to se back unless concerned - Revisit:

Appt for: Nurse Injection O came in as o was concerned with clipper rash on jugular site from yesterday's blood draw. JK was happy to provide them with neocort ( nil charge) applying to affected area BID. O was interested in getting the cytopoint as she was due. O's daughter and partner brought chico in ans said he had been licking and biting at his paws excessively. I was happy to proceed with administering the injection Cytopoint 10 mg Administered dorsum sq between the shoulder blades With o's daughter and her partner in the room, as he is more comfortable with a family member hugging him. Amount or Type given: 10mgs vial sq. Next appointment: Nurse until 15/06/2026 Current medications: cytopoint 10 mg and alprazolam 1 mg tab 1/4 - 1/2 30 - 60 min prior to anticipated stressful eventWhen they last took medication: cytopoint 10 mg 03/10/25 and alprazolam prior to stressful event. owner called to say he is still doing well but he is really irritated by the shaved patch on his neck where we took blood from yesterday and was wondering whether there is anything we can apply to it to help with the irritation or if they should get his cytopoint injection done. i advised that we could do the cytopoint if they want and could apply a layer of neocort if approved by the vet - JK approved to give small portion of Neocort (no charge). owner said she was going to pop down shortly and consider whether to proceed with cytopoint or not.
