Anal Glands - requested vet 10.03.26 No Show - MT rang and left VM O arrived late 25 mins late Danille Booking Type: Consultation Booking Vet: - Any - Booking Notes: Anal Glands Pet Insurance Provider & Policy No (if applicable and not provided): Bow wow meow Hx : O was wiping bum and noticed blood on the weekend, was not from vulva Still seems well at home Exam : 120, no murmur or arrythmias, MM pink moist CRT <2sec Abdo palp tense but non painful Oral Gr 2/4 mod calculus canines AG exprssed bilat full thick grey normal discharge , 1mm red blood blister non painful ventral to rectum , mild thickened aual temp 36.9 Vula impacted fur in vulval folds - cleaned with chorlex solution assessment: poss secondary to trauma of wiping rectum Plan: O to monitor for any increase in size of red spot ventral rectum, O can call back if getting more red , we can dispense neocort Recc dental under GA - Estimate given to O O to clean vulval folds with chlorhex solution SID
