Reason: Shaking HeadShe woke up today shaking her head and scratching at the r ear.No prior Hx of allergic skin disease.Ears looked fine, the base of the R pinna was poss v mildly pink.There was a trace of black discharge on the floor of each horiz canal, not smelly.?Cause.I applied Neocort to each pinna.If pruritus persists, fine to dispense a tube of Neocort. If O sees discharge or they get smelly, r/c for cytology. Vital Signs
