History: Has been drinking a lot - more than 1.5 litres a day, but also has access to water when outside. 
O has had to wake up many times during the night to let him out for a wee.  Passes a lot of urine, and no blood seen in it. 
Also has a big appetite.  Has always been a big eater, but has been putting on weight lately. 
Only fed a small amount of food, but has been helping himself to the figs on the ground (Even though O picks them up regularly).

Urine sample collected today - hyposthenuric.  Unable to get first morning sample because he is drinking lots of water when he goes out to toilet.

TEMPERAMENT: Nice dog.

NORMAL DIET:40g kibble and 100g dog roll sid. 
EDUD?: Passed some stools with mucous around it recently.

HR & SOUNDS / PQ:130, regular, no murmur
MM COLOUR & CRT:Pink, <1s
RR / LUNG SOUNDS:Panting here.  O says also more than other dogs at home.  While here resting on the floor and still breathing heavier than would expect.
