Seems to be shutting eyes more often. <br><br>Current conditions: Nil <br>Current medications: Nil <br>Examination: <br>No murmurs or arrhythmias. HR 188, SSFP <br>BV sounds, clear lung fields <br>Eyes <br>- Alcaine drops placed in both eyes - no improvement on entropion <br>- Bilateral lower lid entropion, more laterally affected on both eyes. <br>- Upper eyelid some entropion noted both eyes as well <br>- Fluorescein test negative OU <br><br>PABT: Unremarkable findings <br><br>Treatment: <br>Pre medication: Methadone 0.2mg/kg (0.11ml) IV<br>Catheter: 22G IVC R cephalic <br>IVFT: LRS 5ml/kg/hr intraop, maint x 2 post op <br>Induction: 0.9 IV alfaxan, <br>Maintenance: <br>ET 4.5 - good size, could size up if wanted to <br>iso/o2 maintenance <br><br>Anaesthetic notes: Routine GA, no concerns. <br>Total anaesthetic time: 1hr 35mins <br>Surgery notes:<br>Lateral recumbency, clipped and cleaned with dilute iodine.<br>Total Surgical time:65mins <br><br>Analgesia : Local anaesthetic nerve block/s: Metacam 0.1mg/kg (0.11 ml) SQ <br>Other medication: nil <br>Other notes/adjunct procedures: <br><br>Assessment <br><br>Plan: <br>Post-op check 3-5 days <br>Suture removal/ final assessment: 14 days.<br>Ongoing medications: <br>Discharge notes given + discussed</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></html>
