Anaesthesia
Catheterized (24)G IV catheter in (R)FL cephalic v.
Premedication: ACP (0.05)mg/kg (0.25)mL and Methadone (0.4)mg/kg (0.41)mL subcutaneously.
Induction: Alfaxan (1)mL via intravenous catheter in the cephalic vein titrated to effect.
Maintenance: 2% isoflurane gas via an endotracheal tube size (5.0)
Fluids: (hartmann's) fluid through IV catheter at (62)mL/hr for first hour then reduced to 30ml/hr until the procedure end then post op IVFT @ maintenance rate until discharge
Recovery: (smooth, uneventful)
Medications: Preop(nil), intra-op(nil), post-op (Meloxicam 0.41ml SC)

Surgical procedure performed: (Lumpectomy)
Surgical report:
Animal placed in (RHS lateral) recumbency
Surgery site clipped and surgically prepared with (chlorhexadine, alcohol, chlorhexadine scrub)
Site: (Approximately 3cm x 4cm SC lump on LHS shoulder region and 1.5cm x 1cm dermal lump on LHL thigh)

Incision made over (both lumps) with (#15) scalpel blade. 
Subcutaneous tissue closure with (3/0) (PDS) in buried (simple continuous) pattern.
