Reason for visit/main concern: Been intermittently vomiting since last visit. Episode on 2/3. Then this morning around 8-8:30am. 
O on phone but dog brought in by adult son. Neither witnessed vomiting but told was mostly grass and bile
Also appetite been reduced. Not interested in her regular food but wanting treats and human food. Then will eventually eat some of her food.
Stools normal.
Energy levels normal
Parents back tomorrow

Cardiac auscultation: NAD, no murmur, no arrhythmia, strong synchronous pulse HR: 100
Pulmonary auscultation: NAD, normal BV sounds, no resp effort RR: panting

Abdominal palpation: tense and splinting in pain on palpation, unable to palpate deeply.

Inj 3.4ml maropitant SQ. Feed bland high fibre food e.g Hills i.d or chicken and rice 1 week, then slowly transition regular diet
Dental care plan: Needs dental once we know more and all recovered
Next point of contact (recall/rv/reminder): Recommend abdo ultrasound INI. Leave nurse F/U tomorrow
