Not interested in her regular food but wanting treats and human food. Then will eventually eat some of her food. Stools normal. Energy levels normal Parents back tomorrow EDUD normally, no CSV, normal level of energy. Current medication/supplements: nil Current preventatives: ND Current diet: Adult dry food OBJECTIVE BAR, timid but nice, likes treats mm pink and moist, CRT <2sec Lymph nodes: normal submandibular, prescapular and popliteal Cardiac auscultation: NAD, no murmur, no arrhythmia, strong synchronous pulse HR: 100 Pulmonary auscultation: NAD, normal BV sounds, no resp effort RR: panting Eyes: NAD Nose: NAD Ears: NAD Mouth: NAD Dental Grade: 2-3/4 Abdominal palpation: tense and splinting in pain on palpation, unable to palpate deeply. Skin: NAD Neuro: NE, normal mentation Myo-arthro-skeletal: Uro-genital: NE Temperature: 38.8 C BCS: 5/9 ANALYSIS Intermittent V+, reduced appetite - chronic pancreatitis, hepatopathy, neoplasia, moving FB??, EPI, IBD, other Bloods mild neutropenia - overwhelming infection??? PLAN Inj 3.4ml maropitant SQ. Feed bland high fibre food e.g Hills i.d or chicken and rice 1 week, then slowly transition regular diet Dental care plan: Needs dental once we know more and all recovered Next point of contact (recall/rv/reminder): Recommend abdo ultrasound INI.
