Around the hot spot there are areas that pimples.Rest of PE wnl.Assessment: Hot spot secondary from a skin allergy flare up.Medications Given: Predx 20mg - as a tappering dose.Cephalexin 1000mg - 1 tab PO BID Vital Signs
