Able to walk but struggling to keep him rested. Gave trazodone to calm him down before today's visit. Had scan (possibly MRI?) done at NSVH previously. Has spinal tissues and was on pain relief when he hurts his back last time. Examine: BAR, BCS 6/9 HR 100 Stand with arched back (O reported that it has always been the same). Dorsal bulge over mid lumbar spine (L4-6) but not painful to touch. Ambulatory x 4. CPs present. SSFPNo pain on hip hyperextension. No MPL but didn't like stifles being palpated. Soft tissue around stifles not swollen. Assessment: Soft tissue injury possible. Possibly around stifles and back legs.Treatment: Meloxicam 14 kg POSID for 7 days. Gabapentin 100-200 mg POSID-BID as an additional pain relief (O has some leftover from last dispense).    Vital Signs    Weight: 14.8;
