History:  Sudden appearance of skin infection right hind.Examine:  HR 120, MM pink and CRT < 2 sec, abdominal palpation nad, raised hairless inflamed skin lesion approx 1cm diameter on the lateral aspect of right hind digit 4, raised approx 5mm, temp 38.7Sedate: Dom 0.30ml, Torb 0.2ml IM @ 11:55amReversal: Antipam 0.30ml IM @ 12:30Laboratory:  FNAB of lump neuts and round cell consistent with histiocytomaDifferential Diagnosis:  HistiocytomaPlan:  TGH with short course of a/b and should resolve without Sx. If still present in 2 months consider biopsy and removal.    Vital Signs    Weight: 26.9;
