Hx :  Not eating for past 6 days, gradually eating less and less. Has not eaten anything for about 2-3 days now.
Has likely lost weight - used to weigh 6kg.
Bile vomit yesterday, small nugget of poo. Has been unwell with constipation on another occasion when younger.
Goes outside but into cat run only.
Could be toileting outside. Litter tray has been clean.
