Still slightly swollen, mobile and tender on palpation. Otherwise NSFAx/Tx:Replaced bandage, O to bring back for recheck + rebandage in a weeks time    Vital Signs

Starting to spit out gabapentin but O can get her to take it if open up capsule and mix with food/peanut butterExam:Tail bandage stayed on well, dry and cleanRemoved today - fracture site still mild erythema and swelling. Still kinked and tip of tail still "loose/mobile" Sensitive on palpation  Assessment:Tail fracture Plan:Rebandaged today with nurse. Rebandage in 7 daysContinue meloxicam and gabapentin. Advised O we will give it a few weeks and reassess - if tip of tail still floppy and mobile, no scar tissue to hold it or still painful, advise amputation    Vital Signs    Weight: 25.4;
